Schisandra is an adaptogenic herb with an affinity for the skin, and has liver protective effects.

Holy basil (Tulsi) is a delicious calming adaptogen, with anxiolytic and antidepressant properties. It has a wide range of applications and works synergistically with the other herbs in this formula (see publications below).

Eleuthero (Siberian Ginseng) is a non-stimulating adaptogen, useful for exhaustion, insomnia and increasing physical stamina.

Oatstraw is a calming nervine which works to calm nervous tension and anxiety. It has additional vulnerary and demulcent effects.
